What are the components of Psychological Safety?
What is psychological safety, what does it mean, what are the components, is it new, is it attainable....some great questions asked by a leadership team I have been working with this morning...

My response:
Trust, commitment, accountability, results orientation and constructive challenge - perfectly summed up by the Lencioni Triangle. Nothing rocket science, nothing new yet to most, frustratingly unattainable but definitely not impossible.

Project Aristotle has been talked about, and reasearched many times - the simple finding: Psychological Safety is the key to high performing teams. Project Aristotle is a two year study undertaken by the, somewhat successful organisation, Google into what are the fundamental attributes of a high performing team.

Take Lencioni's Triangle, take Project Aristotle and a leadership team facilitator to construct the the learning environment and the attainment of psychological safety and high performance is there waiting....
