Our experienced Outplacement Team comprises several business consultants specialising in resourcing, behavioural psychology, coaching and psychometric assessment. All consultants have expertise working on, and for, executive committee and Board teams on a global scale. Key contracts include large scale, high volume outplacement through to individual execute settlement agreements. The duration of the transition periods and support can run from three to twelve months. All consultants are also certified executive coaches.
