They realise that success is a continum not an arrival;
They realise the more successful they are, the less they are challenged;
They realise their own success happens when people around them are inspired & successful;
They realise they need a confidant
They realise innovation and self improvment equates to satisfaction;
They realise they need time for self reflection;
They are prepared to be humble and vulnerable;
They just realise.......that's why they're successful!
